Prices, in New Zealand dollars, on the website.

We publish our prices because guessing games waste everyone’s time. Every build includes training at launch, and every proposal includes a care plan, because a website is like anything else your business owns that matters: it needs maintaining, and someone has to be responsible for it.

How far the SEO goes

Every build ships the basics: clean structure and markup, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and analytics wired up. SEO, AEO & AIO past that point is its own package, priced monthly the way the care plans are, rather than folded into a build. Ask if you want it.

Add-ons

Priced separately, never bundled silently: e-commerce, client and member portals, multi-location or multi-language, custom calculators and tools, ongoing photography.

Not included

Redesigns, new features, ad management. Those get quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts. Scope moves, price doesn’t, and change requests after sign-off are priced change orders. Deposit is 40 to 50% to book; the balance is milestone-based.

02 · Care plans

On every proposal by default. Hosting on its own keeps the site online; the plan is the work on top of it, and it’s the reason our sites don’t rot. We host what we build and nothing else. Annual prepay is 10% off.

How the queue works

Requests come in through your client inbox, get batched, and are confirmed before we start. A small change is anything under about thirty minutes. Unused hours don’t roll over.

Questions we get every time.

Why is a care plan on every proposal?
Because the alternative is what you’ve probably already lived through: a site that was fine at launch and neglected for six years. Someone has to own it. We’d rather that was us, in writing, than nobody.
Can we host it ourselves?
No. We’re accountable for speed, uptime and security, and we can only be accountable for infrastructure we control. Hosting with us and no care plan is possible, and it is exactly what it sounds like: the site stays online and nothing else happens to it. We’re not a hosting company either way: the only sites we host are the ones we built.
What happens to our current content?
We migrate what’s worth keeping and tell you plainly what isn’t. Old URLs are redirected so you don’t lose search rankings you’ve already earned.
How long does a build take?
A Core Build is typically six to eight weeks, a Growth Build ten to fourteen. The variable is almost always content and photography, not development.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes. Most of the work runs async with one call a week. Billing is in your currency.
